Reading Road

This proposal seeks to bring the cycle routes on Reading Road in line with the Government's latest design requirements. It involves upgrading existing facilities to create a continuous cycle route that is segregated from pedestrians and motor traffic. We also recommend redesigning bus stops, junctions and side road access as well as providing dropped kerbs, tactile paving, raised tables and improved lighting and signage for pedestrians.
