Easthampstead Road

This proposal focuses on pedestrian footway improvements, with recommendations to remove footway obstructions, reduce carriageway width to increase footway width, and build out kerbs at side road entrances with dropped kerbs and tactile paving. Zebra crossings are recommended at the Murdoch Road / Easthampstead Road junction, and across Easthampstead Road near Peach Street. Reduced speed limits are recommended, to 20mph on Easthampstead Road and Waterloo Road.
